Elle apporte plus de 20 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience comme responsable m\u00e9dicale et dirigeante dans les domaines cliniques, universitaires et li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 mondiale. Plus r\u00e9cemment, en tant qu\u2019anesth\u00e9siste consultante au Great Ormond Street Hospital de Londres &#8211; le plus grand h\u00f4pital p\u00e9diatrique d\u2019Europe -, elle a dirig\u00e9 des services p\u00e9diatriques complexes et \u00e0 haut risque, accueillant des patients venus du Royaume-Uni, d\u2019Europe et du Moyen-Orient.<\/p>\n<p>La collaboration du Dr White avec Mercy Ships s&rsquo;\u00e9tend sur pr\u00e8s de deux d\u00e9cennies. Mercy Ships existe pour montrer ce qui est possible et pour aider les syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 atteindre ce niveau d\u2019excellence. \u00bb Cet engagement se refl\u00e8te dans la double orientation de Mercy Ships, qui consiste \u00e0 fournir des soins chirurgicaux de haute qualit\u00e9 tout en investissant dans le renforcement \u00e0 long terme des syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Titulaire d\u2019un doctorat en chirurgie mondiale et en sciences de la mise en \u0153uvre du King\u2019s College de Londres, le Dr White est l\u2019auteure de plus de 70 publications m\u00e9dicales et est reconnue internationalement pour ses travaux sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 chirurgicale, notamment pour son intervention lors du Sommet minist\u00e9riel mondial sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des patients de l\u2019Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 en 2023. Profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9e dans sa foi chr\u00e9tienne, elle est r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour son leadership au service des autres, sa collaboration interculturelle et son engagement sans faille envers l\u2019excellence op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">Son leadership s\u2019est forg\u00e9 au fil d\u2019ann\u00e9es d\u2019exp\u00e9rience directement aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de patients et de professionnels de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 travers l\u2019Afrique.
