STRONGER TOGETHER

Be the change you want to see!

Collaborate

If your company is considering partnering with Mercy Ships in Africa, we would love to hear from you. We will work closely with you to create a partnership that suits you and synchronises with your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) priorities.

Your support will enable us to continue our work in sub-Saharan Africa, providing free surgeries to people who otherwise couldn’t afford or access the care they need. Your support will have a direct impact, transforming hundreds of lives.

Volunteer

The Mercy Ships crew is led by a team of volunteers from up to 40 nations, all of whom give their time and expertise for free.

Mercy Ships doesn’t just take doctors and nurses – the ship is a small city, with cooks, teachers, receptionists, mechanics, IT specialists, engineers and cleaners.
There are around 400 volunteers on our hospital ship at any one time, and 1,000 serve onboard throughout the year. One of them could be you!

Make a donation

Your gift will be used for our programs. Your generosity will provide
a life-changing surgery to thousands of people in Africa.

The story of Valerie & Edith

At their home in Cameroon, Valerie and Edith were among the 5 billion people in our world who don’t have access to safe, affordable, timely surgical care. Their tumours — benign and growing on their salivary glands — typically would be treated very early in the developed world.
